The roses are delivered in 4 bulk bunches of 12 stems each and packed in a cardboard decorative box delivered to your door by a third-party carrier.

A tracking number for your order will be emailed to your e-mail address on file when your order ships.
Unfortunately, Saturday, Sunday and Monday deliveries are not available at this time.
We can change the address and delivery date within 48 hours of when the order was placed.

The flowers need time to bloom. We recommend 2-3 days prior to the event.

Yes, we’d be happy to help. We can add a gift message on all non-overnight orders. Exceptions may apply during holiday shipments due to high order volumes.
Unfortunately, configurations other than 48 stems are not currently available.

Simply take scissors or sheers, cut the tape and carefully remove plastic wrap.
Please prepare a vase with water • Add Flower Food • Unpack your flowers • Cut them 1 inch from the bottom, or to the desired length • Remove any leaves below the water level • Arrange flowers in the vase • Change water and re-cut stems every 2 or 3 days • Enjoy!

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer customizations to the wedding packages currently.
You must place your order at least 21 days in advance of the date that you are planning to have your flowers delivered. You can also place your order earlier if you like. The ordering system lets you order up to one year in advance.
Yes. Upon arrival follow the care instructions to ensure your flowers are in good condition for your event.
No. Unfortunately, this can not be accommodated.
It is not required, but it is recommended that someone be available at the time of delivery to ensure the order is cared for immediately.
